COLONIAL Suite

You won't find many function rooms in Rotherham that are quite so party-primed as our Colonial Suite. It's ideal for big banquets, wedding receptions, birthday bonanzas… Any occasion that calls for lots of space and a guest list to match.

Bright and airy, the suite boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and easy access to our landscaped gardens. Its amenities are just as impressive. Hold your celebration here and you'll benefit from a private bar, a dedicated kitchen and WCs for the exclusive use of your guests. The suite also comes with a movable dance floor and a projector screen – perfect for displaying photos or videos.

Need more than one space? The suite can be split into two using a built-in soundproof partition.

BRAMLEY Suite

The Bramley Suite is the Colonial Suite trimmed down by one-third. That means you can expect the same spacious feel and top-tier amenities – garden views and private kitchen included. The only difference is that it's not quite so roomy, so it's great for slightly smaller celebrations. Think celebratory banquets, office dos and medium-sized weddings.

GARDEN Suite

Comprising one-third of the Colonial Suite, the Garden Suite is your best bet for parties of up to 100 people. It's spacious without feeling overwhelming – and, like its sister suites, it's served by its own private kitchen and toilet facilities. The suite also benefits from a fitted presentation screen for displaying photo montages or videos.

The KITCHEN

Rotherham function rooms don't get much more interesting than this. The Kitchen is the bona fide original scullery that served the residents of our manor house for centuries. Now, it's a cosy, multi-purpose function room – but it retains many of its original features. Look out for the grand AGA range cooker, framed by an imposing stone arch and surrounded by old-school kitchen gear.

With space for 14 people, this room is best suited to small, intimate business meetings, training sessions and family occasions.

The BAKERY

Cosy, bright and inviting, the Bakery is tailor-made for informal gatherings and small-scale celebrations. You'll find it on the ground floor, perfectly situated to soak up plenty of daylight.

The CELLAR

What was once the working cellar of our manor house is now a unique and versatile function space. With its cosy atmosphere and vaulted ceiling, it feels like a secluded hideaway set among 17th-century splendour. We often recommend The Cellar for meetings, though it's just as good for a distraction-free celebration.

The DRAWING Room

Do you need function room hire in Rotherham for a private dining experience or a very special afternoon tea? The Drawing Room will strike the right mood and leave a lasting impression on all your guests. Set on the first floor of our Grade II-listed manor house, it sports stunning Jacobean décor and enjoys lovely views of our front gardens.

This function room is also ideal for small-scale occasions like wakes, family get-togethers and intimate wedding receptions.

The LIBRARY

A Hellaby Hall original – and an exquisite setting for any private function or celebratory banquet. Like the Drawing Room, the Library is set on the first floor of our manor house and matches modern elegance with historical charm. It also allows for easy access to our main bar and lounge area.
